| WCMS-AIMS PTO |  | This parent-teacher organization is a combined effort of World Cultures Magnet School (WCMS) and American Indian Magnet School (AIMS). Assistant Principal Elaine Raspel-Borth chairs this committee. For the 2006-07 and the 2007-08 school years, the main focus of the group has been on building a new playground that would serve both our schools and the surrounding community. The first phase of the plan was implemented last year with great results (click here to see info and photos). This year, the fundraising effort continues and two new pieces of playground equipment will be added this spring. In addition to the playground, other issues such as MCA testing and the After School Enrichment program are discussed.
