On Thursday, Feb. 19, WCMS held its Winter Culture Fair and Open House. This well-attended evening event featured a short program with performances by the WCMS Drum Group, the 5th graders, and the 4th grade classes. Families also visited classrooms to see student work and projects, then gathered in the Circle Room for a supper  | | 4th graders with puppet masks |
of chicken wings, sweet potato pie, and other refreshments.
Prospective WCMS families came to familiarize themselves with the school and came away with a positive experience. There were also a large number of WCMS alumni visiting their former school. They had enjoyable visits with former classmates and teachers.
